Welcome to sky9tv.com (hereinafter "Sky9TV," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, the purchase and resale of third-party IPTV server access/subscriptions, and any related services we provide. By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing any product or service, or using the resold IPTV access in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
Sky9TV acts solely as an independent reseller of third-party IPTV server access (e.g., Xtream Codes, M3U playlists from providers like Epic IPTV, IPGUY, or similar). We do not host, stream, control, or verify the content on these servers—see our separate Legal Disclaimer for full details.
1. Eligibility and Account Creation You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By creating an account or purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide (name, email, payment details, etc.) is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2. Service Description We offer resale of third-party IPTV subscriptions providing access to live IP channels, VOD, and related features via apps like IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, GSE, etc. The actual streams, channels, quality, availability, and EPG are controlled entirely by the upstream server proprietors. We make no guarantees about uptime, channel lineup, resolution (HD/4K), or compatibility.
3. Subscription and Usage Rules – One Connection Policy All subscriptions resold through Sky9TV are strictly limited to one (1) active connection per account at any time. This means:
- You may not use your account on multiple devices simultaneously, even if they are in the same household (e.g., no watching on TV while someone else watches on phone/laptop at the same time).
- It is permitted to use the account on multiple devices (e.g., switch from phone to TV), as long as only one device is actively streaming at any given moment.
- Simultaneous use on two or more devices will be detected as abuse and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
4. Prohibited Activities and Account Security You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials (username, password, M3U link, Xtream Codes, etc.) with friends, family, third parties, or anyone else. Account sharing is strictly forbidden and considered a serious violation.
- Allow your account to fall into unauthorized hands—you are fully responsible for securing your login details and any consequences from unauthorized access or use.
- Engage in rapid or frequent IP address changes/jumping (e.g., excessive server switches or location hopping in short periods), as this is not considered normal use and may trigger abuse detection.
- Restream, rebroadcast, redistribute, or share our channels/streams in any way (e.g., via public links, apps, websites, or to multiple users). Restreaming is totally prohibited.
- Record one channel while watching another (or perform any action that uses double bandwidth simultaneously), as this causes the same network/server strain as simultaneous multi-device use and is forbidden.
- Use a VPN or proxy in most cases—many VPN IPs are already blacklisted due to prior abuse by others. If you choose to use a VPN anyway, you do so at your own risk. We cannot assist, unblock, or reinstate accounts suspended due to VPN-related abuse or blacklisting.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and/or permanent ban without refund or warning. We monitor for abuse and reserve the right to take action at our discretion.
5. Rules Specific to Trial / Test Accounts In addition to all rules above, the following apply strictly to free trial or sample accounts:
- Only one trial application per household/IP is allowed. Multiple applications from the same location/household will be rejected.
- Do not apply for a trial while behind a VPN or proxy—applications via VPN will be denied.
- Do not submit the application form more than once. If you encounter issues during application, email us at team@sky9tv.com (or your support email) for assistance—we will help manually if needed.
- The trial account activates upon delivery to your inbox (check spam/junk folders thoroughly, as some emails get filtered). The 24-hour trial period starts from the time you receive the email, not when you first use/login to the account. You are responsible for checking your inbox promptly.
- Do not apply for a trial if you do not have immediate time to test it—each user/household gets only one trial opportunity. Bandwidth and server resources cost us money, so please respect this limit.
- Do not use temporary, disposable, fake, or single-use email services (e.g., Mailinator, temp-mail generators, Stromox, Zainmax, Zain, or similar). Legitimate personal/business emails only.
- Do not contact us to ask when the trial ends—it expires exactly 24 hours after inbox receipt. No extensions or re-issues for missed trials.
6. Payments, Refunds, and Subscriptions Payments are processed securely via our payment providers. Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated/delivered (credits are final—no refunds for unused time, channel issues, or personal reasons). See our Refund Policy (if separate) for details. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts for any reason.
7. Termination and Suspension We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud/abuse, or at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
