At sky9tv.com (hereinafter referred to as "Sky9TV," "we," "us," or "our"), we operate exclusively as an independent reseller of third-party IPTV server access and related subscriptions. We do not host, provide, archive, store, distribute, stream, broadcast, index, or in any way transmit or make available any media content, live streams, video-on-demand (VOD), television channels, movies, sports events, or any other form of audiovisual material on our platform or through our services.
Our operational role is strictly limited to facilitating the resale of access credentials, subscriptions, or login details to servers and services operated and maintained entirely by independent third-party server proprietors/providers (such as, but not limited to, Epic IPTV, IPGUY, or similar upstream entities). We do not possess, own, oversee, control, operate, manage, maintain, access, modify, or have any technical or administrative involvement with these third-party servers, streams, playlists, M3U links, Xtream Codes, or any associated infrastructure. We have no direct or indirect affiliation, partnership, agency, joint venture, or contractual relationship with the content creators, broadcasters, rights holders, or the operators of the channels and content accessible via these resold servers.
The television channels, live streams, VOD libraries, premium events (including but not limited to sports PPV, news, entertainment, international programming in categories such as News, Sports, Spanish, Arabic, Indian, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, French, and other global/regional content), and any other media made available through the resold IPTV access are sourced, aggregated, and disseminated solely by the respective third-party server proprietors. These materials are presented to users as appearing to be publicly accessible via the Internet or through third-party sources. Sky9TV makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the availability, quality, legality, licensing, copyright status, or compliance of any such content, channels, streams, or servers.
We expressly disclaim any and all responsibility, liability, or accountability for copyright compliance, intellectual property rights infringement, licensing agreements, broadcasting rights, or any other legal obligations related to the content accessed through the resold servers. It is our understanding and representation that the third-party server proprietors are solely responsible for ensuring that the channels and content they disseminate comply with all applicable copyright, trademark, broadcasting, and telecommunications laws in their respective jurisdictions and operational locations. Any complaints, claims, notices, or legal actions concerning alleged copyright infringement, unauthorized streaming, piracy, or other content-related issues must be directed exclusively to the relevant server proprietors or rights holders—not to Sky9TV.
Sky9TV does not own, create, promote, distribute, endorse, verify, curate, or exercise any control over the specific channels, categories, playlists, EPG data, VOD titles, or any other elements featured on the third-party servers. The server proprietors retain the exclusive and unilateral right to add, remove, modify, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any channels, content, or features at their sole discretion, without notice to us or our customers, and without any involvement, approval, or liability on the part of Sky9TV.
No Warranties – Service Provided "As Is" and "As Available" The services offered by sky9tv.com, including but not limited to the resale of IPTV access, subscriptions, support, tutorials, or any related information, are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky9TV disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, freedom from viruses/malware, or suitability for any user's needs or jurisdiction. We make no representations that the service will meet your requirements, achieve any specific results, or be compatible with any device, app (e.g., IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, GSE), or network.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall Sky9TV, its owners, operators, affiliates, resellers, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to: (i) the use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data; (iii) any content, streams, or channels accessed via resold servers; (iv) any legal claims, fines, damages, or expenses related to copyright, piracy, or infringement; (v) interruptions, buffering, downtime, geo-blocks, server changes, or service terminations by third parties; or (vi) any other matter relating to the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific subscription or access in the preceding twelve (12) months.
User Responsibilities and Indemnification By accessing sky9tv.com, purchasing any resold IPTV access, or using the services in any way, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms in this disclaimer. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are of legal age in your jurisdiction; (b) you will use the service only for lawful purposes and in full compliance with all applicable federal, provincial (including Ontario), and local laws, including but not limited to Canada's Copyright Act, Broadcasting Act, and any relevant telecommunications regulations; (c) you are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing or viewing any content in your location; and (d) you will not use the service to infringe copyrights, redistribute content unlawfully, or engage in any prohibited activities.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sky9TV and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of this disclaimer, or infringement of any third-party rights.
