Adult content may be available on certain packages/lineups (where legally permitted). Adult content is restricted to adults only and must comply with local laws.

A broad VOD library may be available, including:
new releases and classic English movies, Hindi content, kids programming, sports content, and more (subject to provider updates).

To activate your reseller account, you must provide:

1. MAC Address (for MAG/STB-type activation)

2. Device type/model you will be using

Important Notes & Service Terms

1. This purchase is for a digital IPTV subscription only — no physical item is shipped.

2. No refunds after activation/delivery of service credentials, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

3. One account is intended for one device / one connection unless a multi-connection plan is purchased.

4. Channel lineups, EPG, VOD libraries, and service performance may change and are subject to upstream provider availability and internet conditions.

5. As with any streaming service, you may occasionally experience buffering, temporary channel outages, app crashes, EPG issues, or playlist/channel list refresh requirements.

6. Sky9TV can assist with account activation and (where applicable) MAC address updates in accordance with the plan terms.

7. Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.

8. If you are not comfortable with occasional variability typical of internet streaming services, this service may not meet your expectations.
